Most of our products are manufactured to the customer's specifications and as such are considered custom orders.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the furniture at the time of delivery. In the event that you find any of the products damaged or defective, make all notations on a delivery note before driver leaves. Trade Furnishing Solutions Ltd have to be notified of damaged goods within 48 hours in order for us to pursue a claim on your behalf. We will arrange for the damaged furniture to be collected for repair/exchange. Always retain original packaging as exchange or collection is sometimes not possible without this.
Trade Furnishing Solutions Ltd warrants that Goods supplied will conform in all material respects to their specification and will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions of use for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, provided that the defect is not attributable to fair wear and tear or any fault or damage arising from impact, modification, accident, neglect, misuse, abuse, nor any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care.
