1. Browse our online collection and choose the items you like. Note down Item Names and Codes if available.

2. Click on
“Request Quotation or a Call Back” button at the top right hand side of the screen. Fill in all the details, including the number of each item required and delivery timescale required. Indicate your preference of either being telephoned or emailed  your quotation and press the send button.

3. We will call you or email you  within 24 hours with the quotation.

4. When you are happy with the quotation, you can either request to be called back or call us to discuss other requirements i.e.  fabric, wood finish etc. and place the order. At this point you will be required to pay a deposit of 20% of the order value.

Return Policy

We are proud of our products and customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our return policy ensures the best possible service to you, provided you follow our instructions carefully.

Our products are manufactured to the customer's specifications and as such are considered custom orders.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the furniture at the time of delivery. In the event that you find any of the products damaged  or defective, make all notations on a delivery note before driver leaves. Trade Furnishing Solutions Ltd have to be notified of damaged goods within 48 hours in order for us to pursue a claim on your behalf. We will arrange for the damaged furniture to be collected for repair/exchange. Always retain original packaging as exchange or collection is sometimes not possible without it.
